Terms

The terms, kept short.

This website

These pages explain how Eastridge Advisors works. Nothing here is advice on law, tax or trademarks, and no page is itself an offer of a specific domain.

Figures and agreements

A figure binds us once it is quoted to you in writing for a named domain and you accept it in writing. Before that, either side can step back. After acceptance, the figure stands for 14 days while escrow is set up, unless a different period is agreed.

Payment and transfer

Money moves only through a licensed third-party escrow service, under that service's own terms. We transfer the name once escrow reports the funds held; escrow pays out when you confirm receipt or its inspection period runs out.

Your part

You confirm that what you send is accurate, that you have authority to act for the company you name, and that the domain will be used lawfully.

Limits

No domain name comes with a promise of rankings, visits or sales. For any transaction, our total liability cannot exceed the price paid.

Using the form

Automated, bulk or unlawful submissions are not permitted, and we may block the traffic that sends them.

Governing law

Massachusetts law applies to these terms, and the courts of Suffolk County hear any dispute.
