Fields on the contact page

Required: a domain name, a topic, your full name, your company and an email address. Optional: a telephone number and a free-text note. Alongside these, the server logs the IP address the request came from, which helps us spot misuse.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Before a submission is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a check in the page to confirm a person is sending it. It works from technical characteristics of the visit, and Cloudflare handles that data under its own published policy. All that reaches Eastridge is whether the check succeeded.

Processors

Cloudflare hosts the site and relays each submission into our correspondence system, which files it and alerts us. Email you exchange with Maren sits with our mailbox provider. Each of them acts on our instructions only.

Purposes

  • Replying to you and continuing the conversation you started.
  • Carrying out a purchase or sale you have accepted, escrow included.
  • Keeping the paperwork that shows the terms of a completed deal.

Nothing is sold, rented or used for marketing lists. The site has no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers.

Notes we send first

Maren writes to businesses about one specific name that fits them. Answering "stop" ends it: that address and its company are not contacted again.

Retention

If an enquiry does not lead to a sale, it is erased no later than two years after the last message. A completed sale's file stays for seven years, as bookkeeping rules require.

Access and deletion

Email the address at the top of this page to see the details on file, have them fixed, or have them erased. A reply follows within a month.

Cookies

Eastridge itself places no cookies. Turnstile, on the contact page only, may store what it needs to work.
